Biography:
Prior to entering private practice, Mr. Webber was employed as a law clerk within the New York corporate ofice of one of the nation's largest corporations. In that capacity, Mr. Webber's work covered all areas of employment law, including, but not limited to, the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (Title VII), the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), the Americans With Disabilities Act (ADA) and the Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA).
Since 2003, Mr. Webber has successfully handled hundreds of consumer bankruptcies for debtors in need of financial relief and has assisted consumer debtors in discharging millions of dollars of debt.
